It is hard to imagine a better experience than we had with this apartment. My family and I needed a residence for 10 days in Israel, and the Rooftop was perfect for our needs. Everything in the ad is accurate -- the space is beautifully designed, offers every convenience appropriate for a high-end apartment, it's within walking distance of so many great restaurants, supermarkets, sightseeing, etc. Elie and Carole, who manage the apartment, are as warm, helpful and attentive as hosts can be. Even though we'd been to Israel before, an hour spent with Elie getting an orientation to the city, great apps to use, and various recommendations proved invaluable. Our expectations for the apartment were high to start with, but they were exceeded in very respect.

This apartment was the PERFECT place for our holiday in TLV. The location is on the doorstep of so many great restaurants and things to see. The market is short walk away, the beach is equally close. We sat each morning on the terrace in the sun, with coffee, deciding what to do, knowing that everything was close by. Elie was always on hand and available to help if we needed it, we especially appreciated the occasional text messages to check on how we were doing. We felt we were really being looked after ... The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 family members - with three bathrooms (no queuing!) and plenty of sitting/eating space. The two terraces up on the top floor allowed us to have breakfast in the shade or in the sun, depending on how we felt. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you could need - although we enjoyed eating out more than cooking in.
All in all, this felt like a real home from home, we all agreed we would love to go back and stay again. You cannot say fairer than that. Elie & Carole, all of us loved our stay, you provided us with the highest level of help/welcome/support that we have EVER experienced on Airbnb - you deserve the success that you have! Thank you from all of us. I, for one, am already missing TLV!

Wow! What an outstanding place! 6 of us stayed for 11 nights and there was plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The two outdoor terraces are gorgeous and so handy when you want to eat outside or relax. There’s an amazing Jacuzzi on the front terrace with lovely views of the city. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs which are very spacious with comfortable beds and blackout curtains - we all slept really well after our busy days! The 3 bathrooms all have showers and are spacious. The whole place is decorated nicely with all the amenities you could need. They even provided baby bowls and cutlery and a cot and high chair upon request. The hosts Elie and Carole are wonderful. They’re so helpful and keen for you to enjoy your stay. They even suggested places to shop, eat and visit. The location is so handy - just off Rothschild boulevard, near plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is approx 15 mins walk. We’re already looking at booking another stay at this apartment. It’s just perfect!

Un appartement très spacieux sur 2 étages, situé entre la rue Allenbiy et la rue Rothschild, pas loin de Neve Tsedek, 10 min à pied de la mer, 2 terrasses sur le toit avec un jaccuzzi et une vue splendide sur la grande synagogue. En un mot: le lieu parfait pour un séjour inoubliable à Tel-Aviv. Elie, l'hôte de ce magnifique duplex nous a accueillis personnellement et nous a "introduits" à l'appartement et à Tel-Aviv pendant plus d'une heure. Il nous a donné une liste avec des recommandations de restaurants, nous a expliqué où se trouvent les lieux les plus intéressants etc. Ses recommandations de restaurants étaient juste superbes - ne ratez pas la pita au Jasmino, juste au coin de la rue! Merci beaucoup Elie et Carole! Nous allons surement revenir !

The ROOFTOP apartment is a unique location in TLV. Super central, close to everything, you’ll be wherever you want in a few minutes. The two terraces and the jaccuzzi offer tranquility and conviviality for you and your friends. I highly recommend this apartment for families, but also for a group of friends. We were 7 friends, and we had an amazing time! Carole is a lovely woman, taking time for you, and always ready to help you in whatever you might need, you can join her very easily via texts. Her husband, Elie, is passionate about the town, and will recommend you many adresses and locations. Both of them were very kind, speaking fluent French and English. It is simple : I can’t wait to go back to this apartment! Carole made us feel like home, Elie took care of the jaccuzzi every 3 days, but never interfered with our privacy, always sending us messages before coming or knocking. Don’t hesitate: book the flat!

Nous avons été accueillis par Elie et Carole comme si nous étions de la famille. Ils sont présents et à l’écoute du moindre besoin. Notre séjour a été parfait aussi grâce à eux car ils vous renseignent autant sur l’appartement que sur le pays. Merci à eux. Que dire de plus: des hôtes parfaits!! Et l’appartement alors! Très agréable à vivre avec ses deux terrasses pour recevoir et se détendre : Jacuzzi !!! Et les chambres au calme, nous avons apprécié les équipements complets de l’appartement (tout est bien pensé et optimisé) et bien entretenu. On reviendra !!

We spent some days in Tel Aviv, at the beginning of August, in the “Jacuzzi House”. Our stay was really nice. The apartment was clean, well furnished and at the arrival we found some goods for the primary needs. The hosts, a French couple, have been very generous in spending time with us at the arrival, giving useful tips for our stay. And during the week they checked couple of times any further need. The weather was very hot and humid so the house represented for us a good break to rest and recharge the energies. Important to say that the position is really strategic, close to the sea, the bus station for Jerusalem and the French quarter. We gave a full 10 to our stay. Try it!

What can I say about Elie and Carole! Wonderful hosts! Elie and Carole checked us in and made us feel right at home. They stayed with us and went through a very thorough explanation of the city and how/what to do. Loved Tel Aviv and will definitely be back!!

L'emplacement de l'appartement est juste top. L'appartement est neuf, très bien entretenu, la terrasse est exceptionnelle et confortable, absolument génial. Carole et Elie ont été d'excellents conseils pour les restaurants, sorties et autres. A recommander sans aucune hésitation! Merci pour ce superbe séjour!
